I admit it. I am a lover of arroz con pollo, enchiladas, churros and pan dulces. I practically survived college eating mostly quesadillas and refried beans. Latin foods aren’t always the healthiest, but there’s a way to change that! You can still get abuela approved flavor by tweaking traditional recipes to fit your healthy lifestyle.
